"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and the corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered."

“Free markets remain the best way to promote growth, create good jobs, and ensure rising living standards. That is why the President has actively sought to open markets.” Gregory Mankiw of the Council of Economic Advisers (2004).
Alan Greenspan during hearings on Capitol Hill, Fall 2008 : “I have found a flaw.” Congressman Henry Waxman pushed him, responding, “In other words, you found that your view of the world, your ideology, was not right; it was not working.” “Absolutely, precisely,” Greenspan said.
BUSH on CNN, Dec. 2008: "Well, I have obviously made a decision to make sure the economy doesn’t collapse. I’ve abandoned free market principles to save the free market system."
Is Bush turning into a communist?
No, of course not. Taking taxpayers money and give it to the apparatchiks/beaurocrats with there state factories as GM, GE, Ford etc. in order to produce things nobody wants to have isn't communism at all. LOL.
What a mess these people made of it.

I like this quote...the thing is if the founding fathers of the U.S would be alive today, they will be considered terrorists, communists and probably would be either jailed or killed.....aquarius wrote:"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and the corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered."

I bet they are weeping in their graves for what their great nation has becomed....
probably someone will consider this comment "antiamerican" or "un-patriotic", but that's life.....The truth hurts!!
Peace!
Aquarius....you're right an ecological friendly soluton, simply shred those darn credit cards....lol
