I'll have to go through an MRE and see how much everything in it adds up to be. I know it'll be over 1,200 calories, but I'm curious about the fat and sodium content.

Same here, one of the best hangover cures I know and its also the most filling way to start a day I wont eat anything until 7pm if I have a full english at 11am.Stef wrote:I eat a full English fry up every week end
I know its not the healthiest meal but it doesnt really bother me, I know its full of calories, cholesterol and other things, but when it tastes that good, who cares? I just don't think about it. If I did I would never eat it.
