Beef Roast w/ vegetables

Post by housil »

As I bought a new microwave, what happend to the "old" one is an extra story - but you can still smell it in our kitchen  I gave:

a try.

I don´t know for sure if I had it once before, but I will have it again for sure! :D
Veeeery delicious to me, not to spicy nor hot. :D

A good way to christen a new microwave, and may she heat many more MRE's :D

It looks nice, quite a large peice of beef too. What was the date on it?

I must agree, it looks rather tasty. I am surprised by the size.

That does look tasty. Is that an actual hunk of roast or is it mystery meat?

It seemd liked an assembled piece of meet to me. Different textures etc.

Never thought of heating MRE entrees in the microwave, i always use the FRH or a pan of boiling water...

bl00k, I would not put the MRE'S in the MWO. Maybe Housil found the hard way. The foil inside the MRE pouch will reflect the waves back and cause the package to burn up to say. If is dosent burn up it will just NOT heat up the MRE. I already tried this. So its FRH heaters or boiling water unless you empty the pouch onto a plate, then the MWO works great.
