Oops, right, I forgot the water melon: the Natick is currently working on this serious problem : preservation on a water melon slice in a retort pouch.

In principio erat spamum
Sorry guys, but this sounds like more of the mindless dribble that has proliferated the web throughout the campaign.
Realistically, I don't see the correlation between either the Muslim faith, or Black-American cultural stereotypes could even apply here. For a person who was born in Hawaii, to a Harvard educated Kenyan national and a white American, raised in Hawaii and Indonesia predominently by white parents, educated at Columbia and Harvard, it just doesn't fit the demographic. Obama's introduction to the African-American culture probably didn't even fully occur until he went to Columbia and then further in his work in Chicago's South-side.
So much for interjecting fact into fiction, getting back to the theme of the site, I'd be more inclined to think that potentials for Presidentially influenced ration choices might be things like Kalua Pork, a resurgence of SPAM in the military feeding schedule, or the formulation of that old-time Chicago favorite, an Italian Beef sandwich into the FSR menus.
I think they have already got the pineapple chunks packaging down from previous menus.

The Numbers
While keeping track of the race and analyzing the numbers I concluded it was a very close race. I highlighted the pivotal States. Florida was very close followed by Ohio. California weighed in heavily for Obama. Because of a few surprise turn around States the race went to Obama.
If McCain could have won Florida and Ohio the race would have gone to him.
By my estimate this was a close race. Official results have not been released for at least one state-- North Carolina. By the end of November, all States will have released their official results and States once considered blue could turn red after final ballots are counted.

MCIERA... Iagree with you.
The anwers are simple,1. racism is alive and well in the good ol' USA....
Is true ...Anything that is not blonde ,blue eyed ,"conservative" or with ultra-right wing tendencies is wrong and unacceptable. Then these people they use as an excuse the cover of the freedoms and liberties given by the constitution to talk or say all that trash!!!
2. FEAR...fear of change for good or bad. They rather keep the status quo here in the US.
If you saw the political map ...all of the "bible belt" states and the deep south were won by MCain.....look at the demographics....
and you know now who wants to keep the same ol'....SOS!!!
I just hope they let him do his work for the sake of the country and the rest of the world!!!
PEACE!!

Stock MArket
The Stock Market is down 2.75% today. Somehow that seems to be non-news today. Go figure.

Re: Stock MArket
Understandable given the rise in the market during the week preceeding the election. A 3% fluctuation allowing for profit-taking is indeed negligible it the currently volatile market. Come to think of it, it wasn't even unusual when the market was sound.
