That's my big worry, US Customs stopping the rations. If someone has a company that can import these rations, a group buy may work out well for all interested.

Guys,

I just e-mailed a inquiry to them and hopefully I'll get an answer sometime soon. When it comes I'll post it for all.

I've ordered about 40 rations from Canada and Europe at various times over the past 3 years. Never had a one stopped by US Customs.

Hey Guys,

Here is the reply I got back from the company on thursday:

Hi,
Thank for your inquiry.

Shipping to USA is also possible. Unfortunately the shipping costs are very high:
Up to 5kg : 32,00€ (46.75 USD)
Up to 10kg: 42,00€ (61.36 USD)
Up to 20kg: 62,00€ (90.58 USD)
One single UK ration is about 2kg.
A bulk of 10 rations is 21kg.

Many greetings and have a nice day,

Jasmin Graf

I don't know what do you guys think?

So that would be $146 for the rations and $91 for shipping - a total of $237 - or $24 per ration.

That's a little steep but not totally crazy. I think I paid something like $200 once for a case of British rations.

Yeah the author of the video didn't do his homework among other things within the video. But here in the States it's hard to get those and it would be good to get something organized so we can try 'em out.

That's not a bad price $24.00 each... I'm still in at that price!

I dig that these rations come with NATO matches.

Should we not know what were getting before we plunk down our hard earned money. Dates, descriptions etc...
