I live one hour South of Mephis Tn. Very near I-55. Actually I take 55 to get to work. I passed two HUGE loads of mres in the South bound lane (ie New Orleans) ?? With the new threat in the Gulf.

They could be staging them south somewhere getting ready to move into TX/LA for the new storm. Or I suppose they could just be more relief for NO. I wonder if they were coming from a warehouse/depot or actually from one of the factories (Illinois or SC).

Most Fed/local/State guys are deployed to the MS/LA Coast. If Rita does what they predict, it will take more man power to deal with it.
