Just a couple of words about TheEpicenter.com.

I placed an order with this company last week after looking around for some new production MRE heaters. TheEpicenter.com also had some sides and snacks I wanted to try to I put in a small order. Upon checking out I found the option to have them call for a credit card number (always being careful, I selected this option). The following day I received a call from a very nice woman who collected my info and answered a few of my silly questions. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about her products (the trifecta of customer service). Later that day I received an email with tracking information. I replied to the tracking info email with a thank you which was promptly responded to (how often can you reach a real person anymore?).

The shipment arrived yesterday well packed and in good condition. Upon opening the first box I found a nice little thank you goodie bag containing all kinds of freebees!

I often think businesses forget the power of free goodies. All the freebees probably cost them less then a dollar but it easily bought my repeat business.

I'll second that about TheEpicenter! Those guys have always been great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for MREs, MRE parts, or other preparedness gear.

My experiences with the Epicenter have been exceptional. Fast and courteous service, what more can you ask for.

Yes, I agree with everyone. The shipping is fantastic and quite afforable if anybody has any doubts please check them out and give a try, :wink:
