Did you contact PayPal?

If you want to take this further you can also bring this to the attention of your Local Police Department. They will investigate this as a fraudulent transaction.

Personally, I would not tolerate that sort of thing.

It is a shame that the seller did not clearly specify how these MREs came to be without heaters. Personally, I would not buy them knowing the bags had been opened.

But it is the nature of Ebay that you cannot safely make assumptions. When a seller provides descriptions that don't add up you need to back away from the keyboard.

This seller was clearly selling Government MREs. Commercial MREs don't have "Case B" or menus 13-24. AND government MREs all come with FRHs, so it doesn't require a rocket scientist to figure that the options for removing those FRHs are limited. That should have raised a red flag for you.

Fortunately, this wasn't as bad as it could have been. You did get all the goodies, they just weren't in sealed bags anymore. You probably saved a good deal on shipping.

Look on the bright side, the glass isn't half empty, it's just the wrong size!

Looks like a bad deal all around. I my self got burned on six cases on ebay. Live and learn is true, but I have seen cases before on ebay that say no heaters. I just keep on going past that listing like it dont exist.
