I was talking to the seller.
He is a German soldier and got this ration from a Austrian soldier. => The Austrian Army supplies its soldiers with regular, civilian, outdoor store rations called "Tagespaket". There are no current "genuine Austrian Army ration". They are German made and contain German items made by the Reiter company
My ration was €9,38 (= aprox. $15)
In a store, they are avialable for €9,95

This rations are neither rarely nor $51 worth

Who needs "some" for less?!

Re: B.S. AUSTRIAN RATIONS ON SALE AT EBAY
I know - but a "Tagesportion für den Jagkampf" means it´s a ration for the Austrian Jagdkommando only , equal with "SEALS, KSK, SAS" troops.Bypah wrote:

Nothing for the regular Austrian "GI" and more rare that a real Austrian Tagesportion
If the government buy´s a "Snickers" and gives it to the troops, that doesn´t makes a "genuine Army Snickers" out of it...
