Is this what you're looking for:
Operational Rations of the Department of Defense

In looking around at this book, I came across a whole section of MRE images. This may have already been noted, but I'll list it here again, just in case.

The 2006 version is the 7th edition and was published in November, 2006. So it looks like it's too early in 2008 for the 9th version to be published, which sounds like what you're looking for.
That would make 2007's 8th edition the latest but I can't find that anywhere via a Google search. In fact, the 2006 version is the only one Natick has linked in their Media section:

Great find, thanks !
Re: handbook
I'm very happy to see that the manual contains the full 2015 and 2016 menu lists on pages 25 and 26. Some very interesting meals coming up in the next couple of years, folks!
Disappointingly, there will still be only two "breakfast" menus, and both of them are in Case B. You'd think that they'd move one to Case A in the same way that they have two veggie meals in each case.
