Very nice car, Housil! And Happy Birthday!!

What's the price of gasoline over there in Germany? If it's gone up as much as it has here (2x the price in a year), then you might need to keep eating rations to pay for the fuel. :-)

That would be about $9.07 per gallon in US terms.
In my previous travels in Germany, I can't remember seeing the kind ov variances that we have in the U.S. Generally the price for gas was pretty much the same at every gas station in a particular area. Over here, we often have as much as a 25-35¢ delta at stations that might be across the street from each other or separated no more than about a city block.

Thx mate :D

When I deceided last year to buy me a new car (SUV), I checked out a:

Peugeot 4007

Image
(built by Mitsubishi  )

Volkswagen Tiguan Track&Field

but both didn´t made it (for some reasons...)

Mrs. Housil "discovered" the BMW X3 at our local BMW dealer for me :D and I "fall in love" to the shape and it´s handling. The X3 is more a "hugh, comfortable, 4WD racing car" than an offroader

For really offroad I have my "Ilse"

A Landy didn´t fit to me and my expactations...

Please don´t say Kaffer, it´s a Käfer.

"Kaffer" is a(n old German WW1) swear-word in Africa for africans...
