I think one thing that would be useful (for me, at least) would be some added description to these video posts to indicate what's interesting about the video. Sometimes, you can guess the content "Soldiers under mortar attack" - but with things like "Sheik Ali Hatem Sleiman", it'd be nice to know beforehand what the deal is.
