Right in my backyard...not literally, but the other side of town. I haven't heard any detailed local news today so I'm not up to speed on what's going on here.

I also saw this article this morning - it's horrible, too:

"Iowa City Police are investigating the death of an Iowa City mother and her four children in their east Iowa City home." The father is missing along with the Toyota Minivan. Coincidentally, the Highway Patrol is investigating an accident where a Toyota Minivan drove into a concrete pillar, killing the driver and burning the body beyond recognition.

Glad your safe. On occasion I have had a couple of incidents where safety was a concern in the neighborhood.
