cases MCI on Ebay

Post by Nawt » Tue Jan 22, 2008 9:51 am

Fellow members,

I'm negotiating to purchase 1 or 2 MCI cases on Ebay.com (US) with the seller. He has 4 cases but also sells seperate meals (item #:180208535224 ) [i'm not good at pasting links]

I've asked for additional pic's form the cases but received the same one as provided in the auction. Says "a case is a case".
And it's still quite expensive (165 USD). So I wanted to try and get a deal there. But I'm not really keen in buying something I didn't see.

Perhaps interesting for someone on the US. If one of you might give it a try, pls let me know.
regards, Nawt.

Here's a link to the auction:

I'm a little skeptical of what the guy is saying when he says, "These are in good shape" and then "The fruit have exploded."

Fruit exploding does not equal "good shape" - it sounds like a huge mess. And if he's not willing to supply actual pictures of what you'll be receiving, I'd pass - especially for $165.

I'm starting to even doubt the pictures in his auction are even his - they look like he borrowed them from somewhere.

that "somewhere" might be 'here'.

I wouldn't touch that with a ten foot pole Nawt. I get a bad feeling just trying to read this guy's advertisement ---- seems kind of "fishy" to me. And like Kman says, how can someone describe anything as being in "good shape", then turn around and state that part of it has exploded?

And I believe that I can promise you that at least some of the main entrees are bulged and/or leaking as well. This guy isn't being completly accurate in his description, and is therfore being deceitful. That's probably why he doesn't want to provide you with additional, current photos of what he supposedly has for sale.

Keep your $165.00 and walk away from this one Nawt......and be glad you're a member here buddy!

I was thinkin' the same as you guys. Thanks for your comments. If he'd sell it for a hundred bucks and provided some pic's I might've taken a chance.
