One of my life long goals is to tour the WWII sights across Europe, looks incredible to see.
Mine too, bucket list for sure. Would love to see Bastogne someday, and bring my boys to share in the experience.
My grandfather was up high in a b17/29 fortress and/or b24 liberator (not Bastogne that i know of) but i cant imagine what level of hell our boys went through on the ground.
Im sure we have all seen it, but watch Band of Brothers, if you havnt
