Is this US military issued?

Hi!! i found this first aid kit, the sellers says its fomr the US army but i have my doubts... anyone of you know it? Also it should have a red cross sticker but i think it has fallen...

Thanks! I thought so but i have seen some that are civilian but they print a look alike nsn number and i just didnt want to fail for an imitation piece... I searched the NSN and i found a place that also listed the components and they are the same ones as in the picture... Its the first time know about these numbers but they are really usefull...
