Hi everyone, Newbie here!

Post by ladycplum78 » Sun Aug 26, 2018 1:11 am

Just wanted to introduce myself. My father is a Vietnam Vet and growing up we had a lot of MREs stashed around the house. I'd always dash for those round chocolate discs whenever one had to be opened. Since we live close to a local Naval base, we do our shopping at the commissary, and we but at least one MRE twice a month to stock the house up. (Living in a hurricane-prone city like New Orleans, it's good to have a pile on hand if need be.) So...hi!

Welcome to the forums! :D
Definitely nifty and smart to be constantly buying MRE's like that too, you never need to worry about old ones! :D
And I've always wanted to try those discs, they so generic but tasty!
Likes coffee, rations, and cheese. Will probably print things for coffee.
