Belorussian Ration stuck in Belarus

I bought a Belorussian 24hr MRE from MRE MOUNTAIN on July 29th and the last update i got from Belarus was 2018.07.31 Send item to customs (Otb). And it still hasn't come yet. But what is strange is when I search for it on the non English website it says sending shipment. USPS says Origin Post is Preparing Shipment. So I dont know whats going on. I am switching bases here real soon.

I can only tell that the regular situation with Polish Post and USPS is that the polish status says "Shipped out of Poland" and the US "Origin post is preparing shipment"
Have access to: Polish, French, UK, US, sometimes other.
