What war type tv show do you watch. Mine are (in no particular order)

MASH
after mash
mchales navy
wartime farm
hunting hitler
nazi mega weapons

the list goes on whats yours?

The first one that comes to mind for me is "The Unit". It ran for four seasons and ended in 2009.

Tour of Duty was always awesome. It's the first thing I think about when I hear Paint it Black.

Band of Brothers or The Pacific would be in the list too if you count mini-series.

You young bucks are too young to remember a '60 tv war series called Combat... it was a favorite so I bought the DVD set... another DVD set which I receive for X-mas, Band Of Brothers... A quasi war movie which my son & I really enjoy, Heart Break Ridge with Clint... enjoy war documentaries... jfko6 posted a clip from a WWII movie The Sinking of The SS Laconia... you can watch it on you tube:

On the History Channel here in Canada Combat used to come on just before or just after Tour of Duty, but I can't recall which was which. Used to love it.
