who knows this show?

was up late one nite a few weeks ago and caught this show on one of the military/history/discovery type channels -
reality show - cop trainer, a brit i think travels the US training police in tactical and survival skills.
i think the name of the show was something like CASTLE ON DEFENSE or HARDCASTLE DEFENSE - anyway i want to see more episodes but have no idea what channel it's on and i can't find this guy on google.
anyone on here seen this show? one of his "gimmicks" in showing the cops how much discipline they need is he does situps while breaking down his pistol and putting it back together...
