If you dont mind here is some fine Belgium Army equipment from the late 1940's some still in use as of the late 1970's
I am very interested in 1950's and early 1960's NATO gear. British, French, West German Holland, Belgium, Italy all made solid clothing, tents and other field gear. When the cold war ended.. It was a god time for the sportsman, fisherman, hunter, canoist and camper! We got the best gear from both NATO and Warsaw Pact
They made very heavy duty items and I used Belgium Army Tent from 1954 on my river trips. The pants are first class and also are great canoe pants. They shed water and are thorn proof. The poncho is a converted sleeping bag. I also have a water proof bag in the Brush stroke pattern. This covers my sleeping bag and protects it from rain during hikes.
The older Rifle is FN 1949 and the clothing is camoflage fo both Congo and NATO
The patern is called Moon and balls, Brush stroke (inspired by WW2 English paratrooper smock) and NATO jigsaw
The others are Setember 1966 FAL and FN P35 1944 (Canadian)
