Looking for combo poncho/bivvie tent/sleeping bags

I recently discovered the Multi Purpose Poncho System (MPPS), also known as the Ecotat and Freedom Shelter.

What I'm looking for is a currently produced equivalent, that isn't nearly as expensive. There is one currently available on Ebay for a rather cheap price, but it's a bright blue color instead of a dark shade of green, tan, or woodland camo.
