Sittin in a hotel room in Victoria BC
Should have brought some MRE's with me
Hotel room has a kitchen but too lazy to cook
And i'm also a bloody terrible poet
Don't spose anyone knows a source for MRE/IMP/any other rations in victoria? preferably near the harbor?

Did you fly or drive to Victoria? I always keep a few MREs in the trunk of my car for just such occasions.

nah, we flew - was considering throwing one in my duffell but who knows how air canada would react. Wasn't about to take any chances. Although it would have been quite funny to see how people reacted if i started heating one up on yesterday's whale watching tour! I could have gone for the full effect and eaten it in U.S. waters lol

Ah...I see. For air travel, I just throw in some entrees and crackers and that works fine usually.
So were you on a cruise doing the whale watching?

not so much a cruise, just a 3 hour tour from the harbor on a 70 or so passenger boat. It was a good trip, first time going out on the open ocean (i'm used to being secluded in my mountains

)
