Angels playing their HAARPs or just New England Winter?

Well here we are again with another heavy dose of snow, sleet, freezing rain in western Massachusetts, and as usual we have the weather modification theorists with their explanations and the news channels treating us like idiots between their breathless up-to-the-minute coverage. Not to mention the warnings we are getting from our public safety officials reminding us to not use gas camp stoves inside a house, don't fill a generator while it is running----thank God we sheeple have such caring folks to keep idiots like us safe. My dad told me that when he was growing up, the idea of an accurate weather report---even if we had the technology then--- was something the gov't would be careful about since it was World War 2 and such info might aid the enemy. Back then people survived just fine without constant weather updates, and winter survival was a matter of (drum roll).....common sense!! As for Phillips Labs or DARPA being responsible for these admittedly bizarre storm patterns, I think the PTB would want something a bit more crippling for a weather-warfare system than 6-10 inches of snow.
