I realized that my post was starting to wander off topic a bit at about the same time that I realized that alcockell and dirtbag make excellent points about the ease of ammo re-supply being that .308 and .223 were plentiful. Don't mind me, lots going on lately with job issues and whatnot, but thanks for replies to my posts.

Actually housil, whatever you think is appropriate. I tend to wander off topic occasionally, usually when I've got alot on my plate, and whatever you think is fair to other members is fine with me. My apologies.
