How do you spell "moron"? O-A-T-H-K-E-E-P-E-R-S
I cannot believe all of the propaganda directed at our police and military members by the Oathkeepers shills, and it is amazing how many more people are joining this website every day. For those of us who may not know, Oathkeepers was founded in 2009 by Stewart Rhodes, a U.S. Army paratrooper and close friend of President Obama. The main purpose of this website, as far as anyone knows, is to give soldiers and civilian police a forum who will refuse to open fire on American citizens and who will refuse orders to confiscate firearms from the citizenry. What these poor sods don't realize is that by joining Oathkeepers, they have put their personal information on a website which will give our government all the info it needs, because now our government will know who can be trusted and who will have to be dealt with when the time comes. I mean how can people be so foolish? It seems that all that needs to be done is create a patriotic-sounding website, say what many soldiers and cops are afraid to say, and let nature run its course. It is as simple as this: Oathkeepers was created for one purpose; to identify those soldiers and civilian police who the government will need to deal with before firearms can be outlawed completely.

I read the title of the thread without opening it and nearly flew into a rage based on what I initially thought of the Oathkeepers, but if what you're saying is true, then God help them. Those men who have openly sworn to do what is right are putting themselves in harms way, all for the sake of organizing.

fdsman, you have no idea how wrong I wish I was, but this organization is straight out of psywar 101, and plays at the mindset of our brave men and women in uniform. Waco and Ruby Ridge happened while I was in the military, and many people in my unit were furious, but we had the good sense to keep our mouths shut and not openly dare the government to do something about us. We knew what we would do when the time came to dis-obey unlawful orders, but we knew not to be open about it.

I think in the next 4 years we're going to see a hell of a lot more Waco and Ruby Ridge events unfold...rationtin440 wrote:fdsman, you have no idea how wrong I wish I was, but this organization is straight out of psywar 101, and plays at the mindset of our brave men and women in uniform.
