It says :"Modellgleich wie Alpinpullover aber statt mit Knöpfen eben mit Zipp"
means: same model like "Alpinpullover", but instead of buttons with a zip.
But I don´t know what that "heavy wool Dachstein type " is.

heavy wool Dachstein type
Is wool what had been boiled to make it shrink or so google says,
Dachstein mitts. These woolen mittens, made exclusively in the mountainous Dachstein region of Austria, were de rigueur in the 1970s and 1980s, before Gore-Tex and other high-tech materials supplanted them. Their secret was the boiled wool (aka fulled wool) process, in which natural woolen fibers are soaked in hot water and rubbed by hand or mechanically, causing tiny scales on the fibers to interweave into a thick, dense material

Ah - OK I see..
"Dachstein" is the name of an area in the
Alp Mountains, that confused me.

The Austrian Bundesheer used those pullovers untill the 90s (but then with buttons). They are of heavy quality wool.
It's a very good pullover, but in my eyes obsolete. For that price you can buy a different, better.. synthetic pullover. Or more of them..
Also the wool gives problems with cleaning and such. €135 is a lot of money for a pullover that you can't try on first.
