In spirit of the US foods liked overseas, I thought I'd see what international (civvie or .mil)food products we enjoy here. I just did a trade with Norge, and he sent me some Norwegian rations and plenty of spreads and drink mixes. I really like the snack Lefse, and especially the Blackberry toddy's that come with the Norwegian rations. I'll start off with some (by no means exhaustive) things I like:

Kvass
Milka chocolate
Scotch (single malt) Whisky
Walker's shortbread
Peek Freans Bourbon cremes
Big Turk candy bar
Roman Nougat
Ketchup, All Dressed, and Dill pickle chips
Vegemite
Spotted Dick/Treacle pudding
