Corner shot type headset display and camera?

I had seen this magazine cover quite along time ago and I still haven't been able to find out what the camera headset rig is. It appears to be some sort of corner shot type deal except quite a bit better since you don't even have to be that close to the gun to peep through the scope. So does anyone have any specifics on it?

This system is into development by technical R&D Institute of the Ministry of Defense now.

I found the report of the exhibition in 2007 and 2008.
This monitor's purposes are information sharing and field-of-view extension.
Field-of-view extension projects the image from an infrared camera or the camera on a rifle.
