not bad at all! :)
There's only one detail ... the night googles: if the area is arctic and there's some day light you are in summer and you don't need them :mrgreen:

hard to take pictures in the nigth time :lol:
now its dark from 16:30 to about 07:30 and soon dark nearly
for 20 hours since we are in the arctic and have winther time
but no snow yet...

Ok here it's 17:20 to 07:45 one more hour of day. I HATE when I have to go to work and get back in the dark :roll:

I bet you will get more snow the we all others together :shock:

If you weren´t this far, I´d like to take all my gear and come to visit you for a Mil weekend "camping", even in snow... :mrgreen: "testing" all my winter equipment.

i have lots of parking space,mountains,lakes,rivers,woods,and snow..later :lol:
would be cool with a week of rations and mil camping :D :D

As cool as the 800Miles (?) ride with a 25 years old Mil car... :shock:

But would be a nice challenge and adventure :mrgreen:

It would be great to go to norway for a "survival" trip.. (survival.. ehh.. eating old canned rations :mrgreen: )
But apart from the 25 year old car, 800 miles.. it just costs a lot of time and money..


I'd really like to visit norway aswell, but the distance is simply a problem..
Love the Norwegian/Swedish/Finnish nature.. lot of big game stilling walking around.. simply beautiful..
The nature there is still as it's supposed to be, there isn't much of it left in our parts of Europe.. :(

I checked with google maps again, it´s ~1600km... (single!) :shock: It´s an 20 hrs ride without any brake (and ferry)
