I run a fansite, as some of you know, for the Omega Man movie, 1971, starring Charlton Heston http://www.theomegaman.info and upon doing some internet searches for stuff about the movie I ran across the website I have linked below. I have started a friendship with the Admins and members over there and I trust you will all find this site to be a very valuable resource for REAL WORLD survival. They have a very active forum over there and a ton of good information. I am sure you all could benefit from joining up over there and sharing some ideas back and forth.

I have already mentioned the MRE Info site over there in there Sustenance room and encouraged them to come check out kman's awesome site for all details concerning MREs.

That is a cool site ! I love that movie, I still remember watching it as a kid, it was so fascinating, Mr Heston was the man in that one.

Hey I just checked into that site. It's kind of like ours except a lot of " what-to-do" "what-would-you-do" Etc talk. I like their forum for generating ideas and pics but some of the posters get a little lengthy. Overall not to bad, I'd definitely bookmark it.

Yes, I did check out the other one as well, it was very cool! I guess I just liked yours better since it had Mr Heston on it.
