You have to be full-aged (18 ) to make any contract. If you are under 18 over here (21 in US :wink: ), you aren´t legally competent.
What ever you subscribe, it will be not valid as you are underaged. The parents have to do... :oops:

Even to buy a 5ct bubble gum in a corner shop is a contract. :shock:
Someone sales - someone buy´s = a contract.

I don´t know what deal it is/was/should be as it is just a part of a sentence quoted.
I wouldn´t care about a 5ct deal with a underaged (the corner shops lifes from 5ct deals with kids :wink: ), but if it is a "big deal" I would.
If anything "goes wrong" with e.g. payment - you can´t sue a underaged over here nor bring a charge against a "kid".
Do you know why?!
It was not allowed to make a contract by law for them...

Btw, we also don´t get a drivers license at age of 16 over here.
You have to be 18 also :shock:
But if we are 18, we can go to a store and buy Schnapps legally and drink it just in front of the store :wink:
(if you like it :roll: )

hi fdsman,

it is not very polite to show a personal message in a public forum.

and yes, in germany we have the law called "taschengeldparagraph", that means that you are between 7 and 18 years old only limited legally competent.

bye jubifahrer

@fdsman
I´ll take your order that you have sent to jubifahrer as you didn´t start with an address nor finished with any regards... :shock:

I can offer you everything you want - excapt the MCW. They are €24.99 + S&H (=$43 ) over here and I don´t buy them for that profiteering.

You "ordered" for €159 = (today) $199
(btw. you can´t send an "order" to someone over here as we are no dealers. You can ask for a deal :wink: )
Shipment Germany => USA via DHL = €62 = $78
Total= $277

As I got obviously ripped off by US-member Mkim340518 (Mike, as soon as you have sent me my allready payed stuff or refund me my $220, I will delet this and appologize public) I will never send anything in advance to the States to "somebody".

How do you want to pay?
I would recommand Paypal. Save for you - save for me :wink: but plasee add 3,9% + 0,35 € (=$10.85) Paypal fees.

As soon as I got your payment, I will send the rations (traceable) to you at your own risc if they don´t make it thru US-customes :!:

Otherwise:

Oletroop from eBay USA - he can also offer you those 4 exotic European rations you want for same exotic price (~$277) but less risc :D

For $277 you can order a lot of ration stuff from an regular American store 8)

It was over here also, but we had to many drunken kids (11-13 years old with > 3%o and more...) we have to respond "every day". they intend to change law.
Same with smoking.
You have to be 18 now to buy cigaretts, but you can use a ID-card to buy from a vending machine (at every house corner)

housil - over here in the US, 18 is the legal age for adults - you can enter into all the legal contracts you want then. The age 21 restriction is just for buying alcohol and handguns (not necessarily together).

fdsman, I posted an edit to your message above but I wanted to make this point clear to everyone:

Stop that shit.

You could have asked your question without dragging another member into your message and revealing some of his personal information.
