Looks like another mess. How many cases of McDonalds and Pop-Eyes shelf stable meals are ready this time? Looks like a much better exit than last time, but there will still be some hold-overs that refuse, then assault the local Wal*Mart, when they figure out that Uncle Sam does'nt have McDonalds and Pop-Eyes feeding stations available for them.
