Jubifahrer, Housil and gang, I need an advice from you:

I want to buy my car from an autohaus in Germany. But all I like bear mention "Verkauf NUR für Export."

What it's mean? And is worth to spend my money on it? I found a very nice Toyota Hilux, silver, in an autohaus in Hamburg. If someone lives in this city, maybe he can give me some informations about car and vendor.

It means that this guy sales to foreign countries (Export) only.

Most of us, me, Jubifahrer, mreheater_72, Germany_EPa are from souther Germany - 500km far from Hamburg.

I´m sorry...

Thanks for your answer, pal! But what's mean of "export"? Romania is now member of EU... If someone have some spare minutes and find in his way an autohaus, please ask for explanations on this subject, please... I hope I'm not asking too much...

Hehehe, I had the same problem when I wanted to buy a German kevlar helmet on a German internet shop. It was marked "no export" and they told me that a sale to France is legaly considered as an export even if we are in the EC

Read it very slow:

...for export O-N-L-Y...

Means we Germans can´t buy there - just sales to foreign countries

For Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg residents: I hope this summer we'll share some MREs and beers. I found two Hilux, in Burgthann-Oberferrieden and Bellheim. Hope to see ya soon!
