Ok, I'm pissed by Dave, so, without consulting with the other european members of this forum, but hoping they'll help me, I propose to Kman, Dave, Bishopmarine, 'rats and the other US members a tour in Europe, to see the truth. No cultural crap will be provided. Instead:

- Nawt and bl00k, in Holland, will explain why Amsterdam is so full of weed and whores. They will guide you to get maximum of pleasure, also.

- our british members will take you to have a tea and cucumber sandwiches with Liz and old boozie Phil, her husband. They will intoxicate you with finest Scottish and Irish juice, also!

- Stef, in France, will teach you to enjoy finest French wine and spirits. I know this man will not do a lazy job.

- our German members, Olli, Jubifahrer, Housil and German_EPA will take you at their greatest meeting, the Oktomberfest. Drink all the beer and eat all the sausages you can!

- finnaly, me, in Wild East, will show you the finest of European attractions: WOMEN. I hope KMan don't get mad on me, so take a look at www.eurobabeindex.com and be careful at the tiny country flag to know from witch country girl came.

"No cultural crap" - sounds like my kind of tour! After Amsterdam, Great Britain, France, and then Germany, I don't know what kind of condition we'll be in for Romania but I'm willing to give it a try.

If you went to an event like that (picture above) with a few cases of MREs I'm sure you could make quite a bit of money. At those things people would pay 10 Euros a meal, no probs.

If we're working on the cultural stereotypes, I want to see Dracula's castle and some people impaled on stakes while I eat dinner, not hot chicks. I live in Austin, the hot chick mecca of Texas.

I'm pretty much headed to Holland in the next year so I can get accomplished what you mentioned, - the whores part, + the smart shops.

I'd like to visit GB, but it's sorta low on the list as I have friends moving there in the next two years I'll be able to visit once they get over there instead.

I hope Stef also knows his shit about cheese, because you need some with that whine and I like cheese.

I would love to visit Germany for Oktoberfest, but I think off season would be better, I'm not a big enough drinker and I prefer to check out local things not tourist attractions. (well, WW2 stuff I like to check out)

that sounds like i would be going back in time. to the time when i was in the marines. i had some pretty amazing times then. but this would be one hell of a trip.

Dracula's Castle is ok, but you'll need to impale the girls, if you want to see some impaled people. I heard about US "hot chicks" from the guys at MK airbase near me. They seriosly think not leave Romania.
