Your next president

Post by ak70g2 » Mon Mar 03, 2008 4:37 pm

Ok, who will be your next president? My cousin (we're descending from the same ape) John McCain is still a favourite? And Hillary "Doggy-Style" Clinton is ok?

And Chelsea for President!

Ask us on Wednesday and we'll be able to give you a better answer. Tomorrow is a major "primary" for the Democrats. A primary is an election within a party. Each state in the US holds a primary to pick who they're going to support for the Presidential race. Hillary and Obama are pretty close right now based on the primary results from the other states that have voted. But Hillary has lost something like the last 11 primaries and if she doesn't win the next two - Ohio and Texas - she won't stand much chance of winning the whole thing (dirty tricks aside).

My own opinion of the final race in November:

Hillary vs. McCain - McCain has a chance of winning but it'll be ugly

Obama vs. McCain - McCain doesn't have a chance of winning.

So if you're a Republican, you want Hillary to win the nomination. But if you're a democrat, you want Obama to win. :-)

KMan, on the last 3 elections, I've applied my constitutional rights and wasn't vote. I spent the time hiking and barbecuing with my gang. Anyway, our president, Baselu' The Sailor is Democrat, right wing. So, I'll be glad to see you have a president (good old boozie Johnny is my favourite) and not a skirt on White House (nice building, anyway).

Yeah, I'm a Ron Paul supporter, but if I was going to bother to vote in the Primary (I'm registered as a repub, crap) I'd vote for Obama. He's the best choice of the three, I really hope he wins. If nothing else, he's the best chance for a better future for America. I'm not sure any of them are worth a damn, but I'd take my chances with him.

Kman, you are wrong. McCain will beat either of the 2 communists. Will be close if Obama beats Bill Clintons' loser wife. I'd prefer Ross Perot, or hey, anybody, other than John McCain. I don't care if he flew A-4's in Vietnam, and blew up the USS Ranger flight deck, or which ever that carrier was. :P

i will not vote for obama, or clinton. i dont like mccain either. i am very anxious to see who will run independant. it wont really matter but i would probably waste my vote there depending on who it is.

DOGGAMMIT (intentional misspelling) C-RATS! I hate when people say a vote is wasted. There is no such thing. Please vote for who you want. One of the big issues in America is our CRAP two party system. We have a ridiculously large country and TWO parties to vote for. Germany is tiny compared to us and they have 5. We need more of a choice than the giant douche or turd sandwich.
