Due to Corona, there weren´t any events since 2019 so we were too happy, this year we were allowed to have that event again with no restrictions.
Showing up Wednesday as a vanguard, to claim our Camp site Our motor pool after set up our whole camp with 4 crew tents and 200m² (2.200 sq ft) camo netting The camp ground from above Our pack hanging out, chit-chat...
We opened a 1989 Bundeswehr canned bread to give it a try - after 33 years After opening, a smell of "spirit" came out of the can. This is normal and will vaporizes immediately. That bread, 500g (18 ounces) and not 170g (6 ounces) as from the EPas, wasn´t sliced. We cut down some "slices", it looks brighter than that bread we know from the Epas and grains are smaller But at least, still edible with no loss after 33 years
