I never knew any of the victims of that horrific day when 2 planes hit the 2 towers in NYC and I never knew any of the victims of the plane crash into the Pentagon and the field in Pennsylvania but I can say rest in peace to the 343 brothers in the fire service that died that day along with the countless civilians, and others that perished that day and the lives of their family members that were changed. Rest in peace

Yesterday’s 20 year anniversary was a big event with multiple memorial services.

I attended one and volunteered my story. It was very well received. One lady I met died.
The stories were passed on to the younger generation who were not yet born.
