I had a couple of days off so we booked a little B&B to spend four days outdoors

First day we did a canoe trip and visited a very well restored castle The next three days we did MTB tours Amusement parks with sky walk

For snacks, I had these (can´t recall from which ration they were ) like gummi bears

heavy biking means "heavy" food but once we planned to have dinner somewhere outdoors so I had 2016 MREs with me.
The FRH were still working great and became super hot!
