wow these are a bit emotional... amongst all the violence, there were moments of kindness. kids are kids in every country, innocent, ...and the stuff that these ones saw must have been horrific

Dang Steve and Viper! Didn't expect to come to MREinfo for the feels but here I am! Really is almost like rations are just a little piece of something naturally "good" in the most basic pure human need sort of way that cuts through the chaos of the times they are used in. Like in these pics. Good stuff and good reflection.

Grub definitely can bring people together no matter where they’re from or what they’re going through. I also really enjoy the pictures of soldiers sharing food with dogs and other animals. Almost like me and my dog on some hikes sharing some jerky.
