shortly afterward, the Marines were ordered

Its 94p a litre for Unleaded in Swansea. (City)
Its 98p back home up in the valleys/mountains.

Which is about $6.30 per gallon, of somthing like that.
or $6.50 back home.

94p a litre is pretty good it was about that about 9 months ago..
When I was learning to drive (about 2.5 years ago) it was about 88p a Litre

When my dad learned to drive in the 1970's it was less than 40p..... o if only I had a time machine!

In the early 70's, there were actually 'Gas Wars', with stations competing for the lowest prices...
I remember $0.25 per US gallon...
