9/11 hoax or not

i appreciate the links bigmark. i did follow them and read all of the northwoods report. what stuck out in my mind on that report, it kept coming back to not harming citizens. the only plans that were considered did not include actually murdering people. they spoke of fake funerals and drone aircraft. i agree that our government is capable of apalling things. i just dont think they were involved in 9/11. the sheer number of people that would have to have had intimate information to pull that off is overwhelming. also we all know how the building was designed to withstand the crash of a 707. but what if the contractors cut a few corners to pad their pockets. that could have made the building not quite as strong as it was supposed to be. there are so many variables and questions that can be posed in this situation. i have read a lot of the theories supporting believers of government involvement. i have to admit some of it sounds plausible. but it is not convincing to me. i have visual proof that planes went into the building. i have no proof that anything else happened. i appreciate the open forum here as some other sites will remove your posts or even lock a topic after posting an inflammatory closing statement that even belittles people who dont believe as him. i am open to any information and i will view it. but it would have to be 100% proof. theories and speculations will not sway me.

Hey, I'm all about it being a conspiracy theory, I just find it hard to believe that the people who stood to gain so much from this happen to be really good friends of Dick Cheney, and the sheer number of government contracts given out because of the war on terror we're having against a country that had nothing to do with 9/11. I don't really believe that W had anything to do with it, he wouldn't have looked like he did at that school if he had any sort of clue, but I do think it goes higher than just some CIA money. But you're right kman, we do indeed have plans of every conceivable scope, including what happens if we did actually happen to meet aliens, so you're more than correct in that aspect, I just use Northwoods to point out it's nothing our government hasn't thought about before. There are just so many little things that are suspicious, and those are the ones that get me, not that I believe we had government trained pilots fly the planes into buildings, thats extreme, and I don't buy it, but no matter how hard I try, I'll always believe there is something more to it, something bigger. Listen to Alex Jones sometime if you wanna make fun of someone, that guy scares me, the problem I have when I listen to him, is that I don't believe he's 100% wrong, so that means even if 1 in 100 things he says are correct, the world is a scary place.

Heh, you're telling me the American war on drugs has anything to do with the war on drugs? It's to keep people employed, the battle has been over and lost for a long time, but they refuse to give it up because of the sheer number of people they'd have to put out of work. I can go buy a pound of pot right now for $400, if the war was working, that wouldn't be possible. As if our government does everything for the benefit of the people, gimme a fucking break. Tin foil hat indeed. Put your blinders back on and go believing the government has your best interests in mind.

Maybe the War on Drugs really is working. Maybe if it *wasn't* working, then that pound of pot would only cost you $40.

I did some intense researches and the conclusions are extremely disturbing. I found out that Bin Laden is actually Colin Powell. It is also said that Powell is the illegal half-brother of GW Bush, so the circle is closed!
The master planner to build the Twin Towers was Rockefeller. In my opinion the buildings sole purpose was to act as a target for the Bush backed 9/11 attack...

Now serious.
I do not intent to make the attacks ridiculous. Too many good people died on 9/11. I do think all the conspiracy theories are doing the survivors no good. They don't deserve all these conspiracy BS. The US government can be really bad, but it isn't as mad to attack its own people.
Oh, and maybe the attack wasn't so succesful as was hoped for. Maybe the intent of the hijackers was to fly against the buildings in order to let them fall over on top of other buildings. If the towers would have collapsed that way, the number of victims would have been been much greater.
