Actually, Ahnold is Austrian by birth, not German. But you're right, in order to run for president, you do have to b a native born citizen of the U.S.

Isn't he one of your guys ??? :P
And anyway, you're supposed to be born here to be President, although if you have enough money, the rules could be changed... :?

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to know if anybody caught the Democratic debate in LV last thrsday? Looked like it was pretty interesting but I thought there were some instances that be should worth mentioning.
For instance: I thought Obama had a hard time just answering a "yes" or "no" question. I also got the impression he likes to hear himself talk way too much and dance around certain subject matters. That got pretty annoying.
Hillary came across pretty tough and defending herself since most of the talk was directed at her and her policies. But she still seems shifty in my mind just because of her past.
Bill Richardson was a pretty "up front in your face" guy with questions, he mentioned that he's got some better ideas for the education system than what we've got now. I tend to go with that.
So with that I will echo the sentiment of bishopmarine in saying "but heading down the hillary highway is not the way to go in my opinion" We would setting ourselves up for disaster if that happens.

Arnold Schwarzenegger was born in Graz, in 1947. This was then occupied by the British, until 1955. Does this make him ... British ?
That might explain the accent !

Well, If Shrillary gets in, I think there will be Soo many abuses of power, soo many people attacked and ruined for speaking out, that there may be the first Military Coup, assuming there's enough soldiers left, after she trims out the real GI's , and keeps the lapdogs...
Shrillary the First is her goal, she is certainly 'Power Mad' :?
And the public parks will be littered with the bodies of all those people who got in the way... 'Suicides', all :!:

i like to see that people actually watch the debates and dont just echoe what they have heard over the years. i was raised democrat. my father would vote for osama bin laden if he ran democrat.(just kidding) i adapted the same train of thought for a long time. (youth ignorance) when i actually learned the differences between a so called conservative and a so called liberal. i was shocked. i found out i tended to be way more conservative than liberal. just a few examples of issues that i feel strongly about are abortion, government expansion, national security, and most importantly to me is sovereignty. that includes stopping illegal immigration, adhering to the constitution without excessive amendmants, and resisting any type of north american union at all costs. this is part of my two cents. of course it is just my opinion. i think there are a lot of others that are fed up with our federal government. both dem and rep. i ask myself what can we do, and the answer is i dont know.

If I would be an American I would vote for Hillary, because she's much better looking than all the others! :?
Unfortunately George Bush is not an option. But if he could be reelected again, you should vote for him. IMHO he's the best president of all stand-up comedians ever! (Oops, sorry for standing on someones toes...).

But no kidding: The Bush guy lied and cheated on the whole world. And he's still in office. But is it better elswhere? Well, some countries are better, and most are worse!

Now I stop politics and get on with my rations.. :P

Looks like the field has been narrowed down, greatly. What say ye, know? I'm mixed, whether I should vote for McCain, or Hillary. Meaning, the later would prove so horrible, the Congress would take a hard Right, 2 years later, just like when her Moron husband won, in 1992. Oh' in the Off chance that billaries dep't. opponent happened to get Dem. nomination, same.

Well, if I HAD to vote for one of the "front runners", it would be McCain.. you have to prioritize, and frankly my second amendment right really matters to me and my lifestyle. I don't want my guns taken away, I don't want to have to worry about buying magazines for my guns that hold more than 8 bullets. There is no winner for me, so I'm forced to pick on the issues I care the most about. It's not like countries without guns lack violence, in Britain they have KNIFE amnesties because the knife crime is so high. People are going to hurt each other no matter what we do, being unable to protect yourself against someone wanting to take your or your families life because CRIMINALS happen to use the same device to commit crimes is crap. Outlaw cars. There are far more drunk driving deaths every year than murders with a firearm.

Looks this guy have big bronze balls, and he earned for good. Maybe is the guy you need.

God bless America.
