I was in Nurnberg because of job, visiting IWA show.
Food was great in a restourant near our hotel, we did found something similar to our cuisine and this beer place had schnitzel (massive) with cheese and ham in it (we call it Zagrebački odrezak) and it had best weissbier. I could go back in this moment just because of it. Town was beautiful, hotel got little insane after South Africans arrived and started to call in escorts - all ugly as hell. I liked outside parts of the town and style they made houses before. Weather sucked always when I was there, had opportunity to test my response jacket from 511 because the rain.
Wen't little offtopic now but I never seen army rations there even though it's military, tactical, hunting, outdoors etc show biggest in EU. Somehow strange now when I think about it.
And thanks for the pictures housil, that castle is amazing and story about H. autobahn... I like stuff like this a lot. What kind of meeting is this, an military vehicles owners? No DDR militaria on this kid of events?

Jagrschnitzel und bier schnitzel great as *** . Best food I've ever eaten... Volksmarch on the weekends, best times of my life. Wish we had that here in the US. Would bring us together as country.. We need national volksmarch here!
it is what it is....

Over here it´s called the French word "Cordon Bleu" ("Blue Ribbon").Asger wrote: schnitzel (massive) with cheese and ham in it (we call it Zagrebački odrezak)
Ja, it´s a owner meeting where we are allowed to stay inside a training area by the military. There is also East European but you are right, no real DDR (NVA) members.Asger wrote:What kind of meeting is this, an military vehicles owners? No DDR militaria on this kid of events?
(Hahaha)
Some DDR +Russian vehicles But in East Germany you can see plenty of DDR vehicles on their shows.
