So I went looking for a Mess tray

I took a trip out to my local surplus store to find some mess trays for presenting my MRE's.
I did find a newer issue from 1993:

While I was there I found an old bakelite Type 2 10oz cup from the Vietnam era with residue from the duct tape they used
to pack them in:

Nice shiny looking tray you got there! Only 23 years old too - making it the newest one I've seen. The mug looks good too for 50

I love those coffee cups, we had them in the late 1970's and early 80's. Same color too

I think we had them in our high school as well
