Oli, I'm just Red Cross volunteer. Is there an manual/book/any kind of document where I can find what's need to know for an EMT volunteer/proffesional?

You would, diabetes is here as common as over there and e.g. "Aspirin" inventor "Bayer" is a German company

Our´s isn´t "for free", but everybody is insured. As soon as you have a(ny) job, your employer must pay health care insurance if he want´s or not. Even when you are unemployed, your "unemployed insurance" covers your health care insurance dues.
This wouldn´t turn into a health care debate - every country has it´s own system and every system has pro´s and con´s.
I don´t like over here every foreigner, refugee etc... get´s the same open end health care as we get but has never paid ANY cent into the insurance as we have to do (15% of our income by law)

All organizations cooperate over here so they have a common book

Thanks for understanding and explaining it to me housil, I sometimes get the "black helicopters" kind of paranoia what with everything going on in the world.
