Yes indeed! I recall our medical battalion chaplain, after the Khobar Towers tragedy in 1991, saying, "these gave up their tomorrows so others could enjoy theirs." It still applies.

My apologies! The tragedy that my battalion chaplain referred to was the Feb. 25th scud missile attack which destroyed a U.S. barracks in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, and killed 28 service members. I was discussing the Khobar Towers bombing as well and got the two confused.
