Who likes Airsoft?

One of the things that brought me to eating MREs, was/is that sport.

Any folks here who enjoys it?

We did when it was mostly unknown over here in the woods.
But now, when they made a business out of it, you are not allowed to play it somewhere you want, you need to go into an "airsoft playfield" pay somebody and even green or camo clothing is prohibited.

So I´m keep going into the fields without shooting paintsballs against each others

I love airsoft and paintball, but unfortunately many uninformed-head-in-the-sand people associate stuff like this with the current and past favorite boogeymen of the media........militia groups! They assume that both militia groups and paintball/airsoft are training to overthrow the government and they try to vilify folks who love playing.

I play airsoft with a group of friends (it`s not always easy to get all of us together) and we have plenty of fun. Here (Spain) airsoft is neither legal nor illegal. It depends mostly of the cop you find on the road. Some see as it is: just a way to have fun and to spenda a day in the fields, but some others think you are some kind of ultra right fascist bastard training for something ridiculous (third world war? spain invading russia? zombies attack?).

I`m not as much hooked as most of the people I know. As someone said once "you cannot have money and airsoft at the time" to show how some people are always upgrading their kits . I have an HK G36, an AK 47 and a normal army uniform. Some people are nuts, with helmets, gloves and all the stuff.

Well to tell you the truth I`m the one who shows off at lunchtime .My mates and me are the ones with american MREs when it`s time to eat and all the rest have normal spanish army rations (not that the spanish rations are bad. MREs are just different ), hahahahaha

Sorry to hear about the scrict laws, you guys. Maybe at some point. They'll realize it's the same as any other sport ( our Jerseys/tabbards are just sexier, and our bats are eight pounds and metal).

Went to an Over night game yesterday and day before,
hardly sore but it was great, if you guys ever get a chance to swing into America for a week or two, and can find a game. Try it!

Haha. I was able to run for 21 Hours on two Cherry pies that you buy at the grocery. Not bad, but very sweet. I prefer apple.
