And here it is:

2 1/2 dl sirup (ligth color, not the dark type)
1 dl sugar
1 dl shredded dry coconut
1 medium size jar of peanut butter, the one that has smal peanut bits in.
add al this into a sauce pan and heat gently until warm and well mixed(sugar melted into the batter)

1/2 pack of kellogs cornflakes special , crush it
1 teaspoon with vanila sugar

than mix everything together and press the batter into
a baking tray with a baking paper in so it wount stick to the tray.

now lett it cool down. when cold=ready to eat

---to make other flavors, you can add cocoa powder, dry appel flakes, cinnamon,or what ever you like
and you can add topping, like melted chocolate, tutti fruti

cheers from ken

I will have to try that with banana chips. Nothing more natural than peanut butter and bananas. Maybe use one of those banana cereals.
