Saw it myself last weekend. It wasn't exactly what I was expecting (I was expecting 2.5 hours of Basterds killing Nazis) but it was still some nice work.

The trailer was simply not realistic, and gave you the wrong image from the movie..
I had the same problem, simply expecting something entirely different.

But, it's still a nice film though. Especially when he says "Arrivideche" (spellingcheck!?)

Tarantino style is to mix multiple converging story lines... e.g., pulp fiction, kill bill, etc.
